Our mission is to support schools to create the safest environment possible for children to learn.

Our vision is that every school receives the most effective training to understand safety at a granular level and how to prevent unintentional mistakes, misunderstandings and misconduct.

Values
We have devoted our lives and careers to protecting children. Every day we embark on a program of supporting schools in their quest to inspire, teach and nurture children. We hold ourselves to a core set of values:

Honesty : We endeavor to be honest in our communications about how to make a real difference in children’s lives though safer learning environments.
Integrity : We hold ourselves to high standards, both in the way we work and in the way we interact with each other. We aim to provide trainings that get to the heart of schools’ culture to ensure they are the most effective.
Inclusion : Safety depends on understanding the uniqueness of students’ and school staff’s experiences. We lean into our differences and aim to create space for new ways of thinking and understanding of diverse experiences as we build our programs.
