Boundary Training for Australian Boarding Schools: Creating a Culture of Safety

Boundary Training for Australian Boarding Schools: Creating a Culture of Safety is a comprehensive training for your teaching, non-teaching, and residential life staff on how to create the safest environment possible within your boarding school community.

This online, asynchronous 30-minute course was developed by independent boarding school leaders in conjunction with safety experts and is for all members of the school’s professional community (teachers, counsellors, boarding house staff, coaches, facilities managers, administrators and support staff).

Through detailed boarding school specific examples and scenarios, best practices and quizzes, this course will reduce risk and fortify strong and appropriate relationship-building across your community.

It presents sound fundamentals to promote a safer working and learning environment in our school. It has also created a shared safety language for all of our employees, providing them with an even clearer understanding of what is expected of them.
